We use this information to create and render gifts, provide account access, process payments, send service emails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve the reliability of BondlyBeam.

3. Uploaded media and AI refinement

Your uploaded media is processed to create your requested gift. If you choose AI photo refinement, the selected image is sent to the relevant processing service solely to generate the requested preview or refinement. Please do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

4. Sharing and service providers

We use carefully selected providers for essential functions such as cloud hosting, file storage, payment processing, email and optional AI image processing. We share only the information reasonably needed for those services to work, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Gift links

Gift links are designed to let recipients view a gift. Anyone with a valid link may be able to access that gift, so treat links as private and only share them with the intended recipient.

6. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights
