These Terms govern your use of BondlyBeam, including creating, rendering, sharing and receiving personalised video gifts. By using BondlyBeam, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, audio, names and messages you submit. You give BondlyBeam permission to process that content only to create, store, deliver and support your requested gift. You confirm that you have permission from every person shown or heard in content you upload, especially where a child is involved.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive or privacy-violating content. Do not use BondlyBeam to impersonate someone, send spam, harass anyone, or attempt to access another person’s account or gift without permission.

4. AI photo refinement

Where offered, AI refinement is optional. It is intended for light visual enhancement and may not always produce the result you expect. Review a preview before choosing it for a gift. Do not use AI refinement to misrepresent a person or create misleading content.

5. Coins, payments and refunds

Coins are used to access the rendering features displayed at purchase or checkout. Coin purchases and render costs are shown before confirmation. Coins are not cash, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. If a paid render fails because of a BondlyBeam technical error, we will investigate and may restore the applicable coins. Contact Support with the render reference if this happens.

6. Delivery and sharing

A gift link may be shared by its creator with the intended recipient. A person who receives a valid gift link may be able to view that gift, so share links carefully. Delivery times can depend on rendering, internet access and third-party services. BondlyBeam cannot guarantee delivery through every messaging network or control what a sender does with a link after it is created.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but features may be changed, paused or removed for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.
